I bought a resale HDB in Singapore

The previous owner's main door and gate were really old

The wooden door was swollen at the bottom

The whole installation took about 3 to 4 hours

They cleaned up all the dust and debris before leaving

I did not have to lift a finger at all

They made sure I was happy with the lock and alignment

I checked that the more info gate closes smoothly without scraping the floor

I paid the remaining balance via PayNow

It has been over 30 days now with daily use
